All orders are prepaid
Every laddoo, cookie and staple we send you is cooked or packed only after your order is placed. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Because your order starts a real batch in a real kitchen, all orders are paid online at the time of ordering — as a pre-order or as a subscription.
Cash on Delivery is not available
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on any order. A made-to-order kitchen cannot re-shelve a batch that comes back unpaid — so we keep it simple and honest: pay online, and we start cooking.
Subscriptions for regular homes
If your family orders regularly, a subscription gives you the same fresh batches at a saving over one-time prices, delivered on your rhythm. One-time orders are always welcome — taste us first, subscribe when we've earned it.
Payment security
Payments are processed by our payment partners on their secure systems. We never see or store your card details.
