When you order from us, subscribe, or talk to us (on this site, our chat assistant, or WhatsApp), we collect: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, your order details, and the messages you send us. Our website also collects basic technical information (like device type and pages visited) through cookies and analytics, to understand how the site is used.

What we never collect

Your card and payment details go directly to our payment partners' secure systems. We never see, store, or process them ourselves.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Cook, pack and deliver your orders, and send you order updates (including on WhatsApp).
• Answer your questions and resolve complaints.
• Manage your subscription, if you have one.
• Send you offers or news only if you have agreed to receive them — you can opt out anytime by replying to any message or telling us on WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to get food to your door: our delivery partners (your name, address and phone number for the parcel), our payment partners (to process your payment), and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your orders and meet legal requirements (like tax records), and no longer.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law allows). Message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it. If you feel we haven't resolved your concern, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our food is loved by children; our website is meant for their parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
